There is also an entertainment room with a state-of-the- art sound system and a private study with wireless Internet access.
The dining and living areas boast floor to ceiling windows that allow light to fill the room and also slide open directly onto the pool terrace. Large windows are one of the villa's most appealing features as they draw the outside in to create a backdrop from the natural surroundings.
The Layan Estate is ideally situated on a peaceful hillside surrounded by lush tropical gardens, with fabulous beaches just a short drive along the coast.
